Terms of Service

These terms apply to allgoodvibez.com and to the demos, chat widgets, text messages and voice agents operated by All Good Vibez, a d/b/a of All Good Deeds LLC ("All Good Vibez", "we", "us"). By using the site or asking us to contact you, you agree to them.

What we do

We build and operate AI automation for businesses — voice agents, outbound calling, CRM and messaging automation, and websites. Anything shown on this site as a demo is exactly that: a demonstration. It is not an offer of a specific result.

Demos and sample sites

We publish demo sites built for prospective clients. A demo may be taken down, changed or replaced at any time. Business names, logos and photographs shown in a demo belong to their owners and appear to illustrate our work, not to imply endorsement.

Messaging

If you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted, we may text you about your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Full detail, including how consent is obtained and how we handle opt-in data, is in our Privacy Policy.

Calls and recordings

Calls to and from numbers we operate, including calls handled by an AI voice agent, may be recorded and transcribed so we can follow up accurately and improve the service. You will be told at the start of a call. If you would rather not be recorded, end the call and email us instead.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site or our services to:

• break the law, or send messages you do not have consent to send;
• interfere with, probe or overload our systems;
• misrepresent who you are, or submit someone else's contact details as your own.

Our work and your content

Work we deliver under a signed agreement is governed by that agreement, which takes precedence over these terms where the two differ. Content you give us to work with stays yours; you grant us the licence we need in order to build and run what you asked for.

No warranty

The site and any demo are provided "as is". We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, and nothing on this site is a guarantee of a particular business outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, All Good Vibez is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the demos. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed; continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
