Privacy Policy

All Good Vibez is a d/b/a of All Good Deeds LLC ("All Good Vibez", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to allgoodvibez.com and to the demo sites, chat widgets and voice agents we operate.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. Your name, business name, email address, phone number and whatever you tell us when you fill in a form, use the chat widget, book a call or speak to one of our voice agents.
• Call and message content. If you call or text a number we operate, or speak with one of our AI voice agents, we keep a record of that conversation — including recordings and transcripts — so we can follow up and improve the service.
• Usage information. Standard web data such as pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and provide the service you asked for.
• To contact you about work in progress or a quote you requested.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve our systems.
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade contact lists.

SMS and text messaging

All Good Vibez operates an SMS program used for conversational replies, appointment reminders and service updates relating to an enquiry you have made.

• How we get your consent. We text you only after you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted by text — by ticking the consent box on our contact form, by starting a conversation in our chat widget, or by telling us so on a call. The box is never ticked for you, and leaving it unticked means we will not text you. We do not buy phone numbers and we do not text people who have not asked to hear from us.
• Message frequency. Varies by conversation. Most people receive fewer than ten messages a month.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to every message you send or receive.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will get one confirmation message and nothing after that.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email scott@allgoodvibez.com.
• Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share information with

We share personal information only with the service providers that make our systems work — for example our CRM, telephony and messaging carriers, email provider, and hosting and analytics vendors — and only so they can perform that service for us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide the service and to meet our legal obligations, then delete it or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to opt out of SMS.
• Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Email scott@allgoodvibez.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect personal information in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes will be made clear.
